Federal
Federal solar tax credit
Federal tax credits covering up to 30% of installation costs.
We handle the federal tax credit documentation as part of your project, so the paperwork is done alongside the install rather than after it.
Incentives
Four programmes, and what each one really pays. We would rather show you the rules than hand you a number we cannot defend.
What you can claim
We walk you through your actual net cost and every applicable incentive before you commit to anything. You will receive a detailed breakdown of costs, savings projections, available incentives, and financing options - all presented in plain language, no confusing jargon.

One SREC equals one megawatt-hour of electricity produced. The program is delivered through the Adjustable Block Program.

This stacks on top of Illinois Shines.
Utility

Illinois law guarantees net metering through utility programs.

Federal, state and utility programmes are administered by bodies that change their terms on their own schedule. We cannot promise you a rate, and any company that does is telling you something convenient. The published terms below were what the site carried at 2026.
What we commit to is the boring part: your eligibility and the written net cost, before you sign.

Incentives
Ask us for the written breakdown before you sign anything. We walk you through your actual net cost and every applicable incentive, in plain language, so you can check it rather than take it on trust.
The ComEd Distributed Generation Rebate stacks on top of Illinois Shines. Whether the federal credit applies to your net cost depends on your own situation, which is exactly what the pre-signature breakdown is for.

That is a fair question, and one we cannot answer with a guarantee - programs are set by federal, state and utility bodies, not by us. What we can do is tell you your eligibility and what each piece is worth before you commit, so you are making the decision with real numbers.
One call, your actual eligibility, in writing. No pressure and no inflated promises.
