2. Program Eligibility & No-Cost Solar Programs
Certain solar programs, including $0-cost solar offers, are subject to:
Income qualification
Home ownership status
Utility provider requirements
State and federal program guidelines
Credit, property, and system requirements
Qualification is not guaranteed. Final eligibility determinations are made by program administrators, utilities, lenders, and regulatory agencies — not solely by Quality Solar.
3. Estimates, Pricing & Payments
All pricing estimates are based on information provided at the time of consultation and are subject to:
Final system design
Site inspection
Utility approval
Permit approval
Program eligibility
We strive to provide transparent pricing. However, final pricing may vary based on engineering requirements, material costs, and regulatory compliance.
No-cost programs: “$0 cost” offers apply only to eligible participants under approved programs and do not apply universally.
4. Incentives, Rebates & Savings Disclaimer
Quality Solar assists customers in understanding and applying for available solar incentives, rebates, and programs. However:

Final approval is determined by government agencies, utilities, and program administrators
Savings projections are estimates only and not guaranteed
We do not guarantee approval, funding amounts, or specific financial outcomes.
5. Installation & Project Timeline
Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on:
Permit processing
Weather conditions
Material availability
Inspection scheduling
Quality Solar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party agencies, utilities, municipalities, weather, or supply chain issues.
6. Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain access to the property for inspections and installation
Comply with local permitting requirements
Communicate promptly regarding project decisions
Failure to provide accurate information may result in project delays or disqualification from incentive programs.
7. Warranties & System Performance
System performance depends on numerous factors including:
Sun exposure
Roof orientation
Weather
Shading
Equipment performance
We do not guarantee specific energy output, utility savings, or financial returns.
Manufacturer warranties and installer workmanship warranties may apply separately and are governed by their respective terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quality Solar shall not be liable for:
Loss of savings or projected returns
System downtime
Utility billing changes
Incentive denial or reduction
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

You agree not to:
